The following terms and conditions and any other related rules adopted by Management Masters and made available as provided herein (collectively, the “Terms of Service”) govern all sales of services or products that the customer may order from Management Masters, Brand of Chanani Eduventures Private Limited, a corporation organized and existing under Indian laws and having its corporate headquarters at N2-42, Vatika Green City, Dimna Road, Jamshedpur 831018, Jharkhand, India, (herein referred to as “us”, “our” or “we”) on the Internet via the Management Masters website, identified by the domain name www.managementmasters.in, and any associated mobile or digital applications that refer to these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) or by phone or email (contact@managementmasters.in) or any other applicable sales channels as highlighted on the Management Masters website.

We are a boutique admissions consultancy for the world's top MBA programs and provide a range of services related to management education and training.

5. No Representations

In regard to the impact of our service on your admission to any academic or professional school or program, or your chances of employment at any public or private institution, Management Masters has not provided any guarantees or assurances. Therefore, we hereby disclaim all implied or express warranties, including but not limited to, the suitability of the essays, CV/resumes, or letters for a specific purpose and your suitability for any academic or professional program.

This section pertains to all Products and Services that are provided through Management Masters’ partners, including GMAT preparation courses, essay editing services offered by other teams, and financing options for student loans. Management Masters’ role is limited to that of a reseller, distributor, or facilitator. We do not exercise any control over the quality of the product/service, delivery process, partner policies, or other related aspects. By signing up for any of these offerings, you are deemed to have accepted our partner’s Terms & Conditions. For any queries, disputes, or refunds related to the service, you must interact directly with our respective partners. Management Masters is not obligated to intervene in the dispute resolution process. Additionally, all of the general Terms & Conditions specified earlier by Management Masters will apply to third-party products and services.

9. Communication Methods

Management Masters uses various communication methods to interact with its customers. Depending on the service offered, Management Masters may use video calls, email, phone, or any other mutually agreed-upon communication method. The customers are responsible for ensuring that they have access to the appropriate communication tools and that they are available during the agreed-upon times. Please note: - In order to optimize efficiency and reduce costs, Management Masters utilizes a variety of communication methods, such as video calls and email, to interact with clients located globally. The selection of communication methods will depend on the specific service being provided. - It is your responsibility to ensure that all application requirements, including but not limited to essay topics, recommendations, resumes, TOEFL/IELTS scores, application deadlines, and additional components, are accurately communicated to us. - Management Masters may use your essays as samples, with any references to your identity removed, unless otherwise instructed by you. - Management Masters reserves the right to refuse service to any individual. - Prices may also be subject to change without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, relating to the Management Masters platform, its graphics, its services, and its content are owned by or licensed to Management Masters and are exclusive property to Management Masters. The customers are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any content provided by Management Masters without obtaining prior written consent. 12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or the use of the Management Masters platform or its services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India, and the award of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.

13. Fair Criticism Policy

This Fair Criticism policy forms an integral part of Management Masters' Agreement (Terms of Use). Its applicability extends beyond the completion or discontinuation of our services, and encompasses third parties and outsiders who have not availed of Management Masters' services. The objective of publishing this policy is to express our commitment to receiving constructive, fair criticism and feedback from our stakeholders. We welcome and encourage suggestions from our customers, and believe that acting promptly on their feedback has contributed significantly to our growth. Users can communicate their criticism, feedback or opinions through our internal support channels and groups, and a structured escalation matrix is provided to students at the time of enrolment. Third parties and outsiders can share their feedback with us at contact@managementmasters.in. While we understand that such feedback may be published online or offline, we reserve the right to initiate appropriate legal action if it is not factually true, or based on assumptions or rumors, and is malicious, defamatory, or harms the reputation of Management Masters. Criticism that involves false assertions or blanket allegations about our services without any experience of the same is not constructive criticism, and such publications will be dealt with strictly as per the applicable laws.

14. Refund Policy

We at Management Masters value our customers and strive to provide them with the best services/courses. We have a strict no-refund policy to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all our customers. Exceptions: While we have a strict no-refund policy, we do understand that there may be some exceptions. We may consider providing refunds or other forms of compensation on a case-by-case basis in the following situations: - Payment made in error: If you have made a payment in error, please contact us at contact@managementmasters.in within 24 hours of making the purchase. We will review the payment and work with you to find a suitable solution. - Service issues: In the unlikely event that there is an issue with any of the services received, please contact us at contact@managementmasters.in within 24 hours of making the purchase. We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution. Please note that we reserve the right to deny any refund or compensation request at our sole discretion.

16. Additional Information

Please note the following: Management Masters and its consultants block their time based on the scope of activities decided at the time of sign-up. Any requests for change of schedule/scope of services after signup or to move it to another round (e.g. Round 1 to Round 2), will not be entertained unless it has been mutually agreed in writing with Management Masters. Any agreement between customers and Management Masters is Non-Transferable. We cannot transfer unused scope of services to another candidate (friends, colleagues, etc.) or another time-frame (e.g., next round or season) either. All services should be taken up within the admissions cycle as decided beforehand. Failure to undertake services within the decided admissions cycle does not mean that such services will be transferred.
